We’ll try our best to get your order with you as soon as possible, but in addition to the below shipping days kindly allow an extra 48 hours for us to handcraft your bag & package your order with love & care!

Cyprus: 2-12 working days (Cost: 11€ - 38€)
Europe: 5 -8 working days (Cost: 25€ - 56€)
USA, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland: 4-8 working days (Cost:79€)
Rest of World: 7- 15 working days (Cost: 79€)
We only use reputable global couriers to ship our product around the world.

SALES TAXES AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods.
Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.
We hope you are delighted with the products you purchase from us, but if, for any reason you want to return anything, we have a simple procedure.
Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 10 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 10-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition.
Simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.
We highly recommend that you communicate with us prior to any return as we may be able to assist in coordinating the return with our Courier Providers.
We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the return-postage cost, or exchange the item for a different one if preferred.
